Emmy-nominated director Bill Cornelius has dedicated a lifetime to telling stories as a director, cinematographer, writer, and producer for entertainment, advertising, and Fortune 500 companies. His work has been featured on NBC, CMT, Prime Video, Apple TV, and other platforms, directing talent such as Serena Williams, Billy Bob Thornton, and multiple Grammy-winning artists. His accolades include 8 Telly Awards, two Gold Addy Awards, and an Emmy Award nomination.
In 2016 he directed the acclaimed anti-bullying documentary HEAR ME NOW, currently available worldwide across various platforms.
Cornelius owns and operates the independent production company Halangarde Pictures in Nashville, Tennessee and serves as Content Producer for Cigna-Evernorth’s in-house creative agency. He is a member of the Nashville Filmmakers Guild, Nashville Film Festival, an Associate Member in the Society of Camera Operators, and has mentored young creatives and film students. He hopes to use the storytelling power of film and the arts to entertain and inspire audiences around the globe.
